When is my company charged?
Only after your customer has paid you and you confirm it in Shuq. Shuq then charges the seller reward, plus its fee on the Performance plan, to the payment method on file. Nothing is charged for listing, for registered prospects or for deals in progress.
What if the customer never pays?
Then nothing is owed. Rewards and fees are due only on revenue the customer actually paid. Mark the deal lost with a short written reason within 14 days of the win.
Which plan should I choose?
Start on Performance if you are testing the channel or expect a few deals: you pay nothing until revenue comes in. Flat becomes cheaper once seller rewards on Shuq exceed $990 per month.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from your company settings. Moving between paid plans is prorated. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep it, with no success fee, until the end of the month you paid for, then return to Performance.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices and fees exclude sales taxes such as GST/HST and QST, which are added where Shuq is required to collect them.
Can my listing be priced in another currency?
Yes, a listing can be priced per market. When a deal is paid in a currency Shuq does not settle in, the conversion happens once, when the money arrives, and its cost is charged to the company rather than taken from the seller's reward.
Do sellers pay anything?
No. Selling on Shuq is free, with no subscription and no fee taken from rewards. Only costs on the seller's side, such as taxes, bank fees or currency conversion, can apply.
