Why Shuq exists
Young companies need revenue before they can afford a sales team. Hiring a salesperson means a salary, a ramp-up period and months of risk. Agencies ask for a retainer whatever the results.
Independent sellers have the opposite problem: the skills and the network are there, but credible offers are rare, commissions are vague and nothing guarantees they will be paid when a deal closes.
Shuq connects the two with one rule: the company pays only for collected revenue, and the seller receives the reward that was shown, in full.
How Shuq works for companies
- 1
Publish an opportunity
Describe your product, your ideal customer and your sales kit, then set what a seller earns for each sale: a percentage, a fixed amount or a recurring share.
- 2
Save a payment method
A listing goes live only once a valid payment method is on file. That is what guarantees sellers they will be paid, and it is in place before anyone spends time on your product.
- 3
Independent sellers work your pipeline
Sellers register prospects, log their activity and take deals from first contact to signature. You follow every stage from your workspace.
- 4
Pay only on collected revenue
When your customer pays, you confirm the deal. Shuq charges the reward plus its fee and handles the payout. No salary, no retainer, no equity.
How Shuq works for sellers
- 1
Choose what you sell
Browse opportunities by category, reward, deal size and sales cycle. Every listing shows what you earn before you start.
- 2
Register your prospects
A registered prospect is reserved for you for 30 days, and logged activity extends that window. The first eligible registration holds the attribution.
- 3
Close the deal
Use the company's sales kit, demo access and pitch. You decide when you work, how you sell and which tools you use.
- 4
Get paid in full
Once the customer has paid, Shuq collects the reward from the company and transfers 100% of it to your Stripe account. Shuq takes no fee from sellers.
Built so everyone gets paid
- Money goes through Shuq. A company is charged when it confirms a won deal, and Shuq never transfers a reward it has not collected first.
- A company has 14 days to confirm a won deal or explain why it was lost. Past that, the case goes to a human review instead of disappearing.
- Every company profile publishes its record: the share of wins it confirmed, how long confirmation took and how many are overdue.
- During the pilot, every company and every listing is reviewed by hand before going live.
Who runs Shuq
