GARCINI MEDIA Inc., operating Shuq from Québec, Canada, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

The Privacy Officer is accountable for our privacy practices. Questions, access or correction requests, consent withdrawals, and complaints may be sent to the Privacy Officer using the contact details displayed on this page.

Account details you give us: name, email, location, and the profile fields you fill in.

Marketplace activity: opportunities you accept, prospects you register, stages you move, and commissions you are paid.

Prospect details you enter when registering a lead, which are shared with the company whose listing you registered it against.

Technical and security information: authentication records, IP address, device or browser information, audit events, and a random browser identifier used to count opportunity views without storing an advertising profile.

Payment, payout, identity-verification, and tax information is collected and handled primarily by Stripe. Shuq stores the identifiers, statuses, amounts, and ledger records needed to operate billing and payouts, but does not store full card or bank-account numbers.

We use personal information to provide and secure accounts, operate listings and attribution, process billing and payouts, communicate transactional updates, prevent fraud, answer support requests, improve marketplace performance, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute obligations.

Where consent is the applicable basis for a use, you may withdraw it subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing information required to provide Shuq may prevent continued use of the affected feature.

Shuq uses essential cookies and browser storage to maintain secure sessions, prevent abuse, complete payments, and remember choices you expressly make, including language, currency, sidebar state, and workspace. These functions are necessary to provide the requested service or preference and cannot be disabled through the consent panel.

With your consent, Shuq stores a random first-party browser identifier for up to thirteen months to count a browser once per opportunity and day. It is used only for Shuq audience measurement, does not follow you across websites, and is not used or shared for behavioural advertising.

The consent cookie records your choice for six months. You can accept, refuse, or later change audience-measurement consent through Cookie preferences in the footer. Refusing or withdrawing consent removes the local audience identifier and stops future measurement from that browser.

A company sees the sellers working its listings, the prospects they registered, and the results those produced.

A company never sees your other listings, your total earnings across Shuq, or the notes you keep on your own deals.

Verified, aggregate company performance: payouts made, average payout time, close rate, and seller retention.

Sellers never see another seller's prospects or commissions.

We share information only as needed with the company or seller involved in a marketplace relationship, with providers that run Shuq on our behalf, with professional advisers, or with authorities when law or safety requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Our providers may process information outside Québec or Canada. Their location may make information subject to the laws and lawful access regimes of another jurisdiction. We assess providers and limit access to what their service requires.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute periods. Financial and audit records may remain after an account is closed when law or a legitimate dispute requires them.

We use access controls, row-level database security, encryption in transit, restricted service credentials, audit records, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security; suspected incidents are investigated and handled under applicable law.

You can update common profile details and export your profile and deal history from settings. You may ask to access or correct personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or complain about our handling of it by contacting the Privacy Officer.

Closing an eligible account removes or anonymizes the public profile. Records tied to money, security, legal obligations, or an unresolved marketplace relationship are retained only as required.
